Based on the findings we prepare a business plan that clearly describes what we would do if we owned your company and or financing your deal. We then prepare a long-range plan with you and develop a valuation of your company. Our reports are not based on what someone thinks the owner wants to hear. They are based on the value of your business to investors /lenders and what could be done to improve the value, and receive the financing you are requesting
Our next step is to work with the key operating groups to assure they are working together to achieve your goals. In any organization, the flow of financial and operational data determines how well it reacts to changing business conditions. When a business is declining or growing, pivotal information often bottlenecks within an organization. Even the strongest CFOs and COOs may not have the time or infrastructure to supply timely information to key personnel. We develop the internal reports and processes needed to manage the business, we advise the operating personnel on using the data, and we liaison between accounting and other key functional areas.
